OPAM 2011: Momoberries

For over a year we have the Thimbleberries 2009 BOM-employed - here is the result.

The quilt would not be my quilt, because if I had not done some things differently than the original. Especially in the ap-blocks I have "cheated" and made instead of flowers rather for me typical Applis: My red chair, star sign Scorpio, France, a mouse, a pepperoni, a dove of peace, a caravan, a star, Star Trek Communicator, coffee cup and yarn package. And I also quilted properly, here is the reverse:

OPAM 2011: One project a month starts again

.... and on it goes! I'm back here at OPAM 2011. Maybe make it again a couple of UFOs from the Ufokiste to light the world! Some I have sooo listed below in this blog once, let's see how far I progressing.
This time you can already see the sign, how many projects were completed - and I was also in 2009 and 2010 there.

was decorated for a little boy, whose cozy corner, with the forest and meadow pillow, I made this lamp to match the color and theme, brought on a screen.

pink-red and girl playing outside was the desire for this lamp that as far as I know, soon shine in Sweden allowed.

I'm going to show time today, Lilly (19) room, as long as it no longer looks. About 3 years ago that was previously in orange, yellow and pink tones set up girls' room, within a few days of cool and grown up. Colorful all disappeared and it is black and white one sounds. Thus, it still remains Girly, I painted an ink drawing on illustration reminiscent on the wall.

The girl is wearing a bit reminiscent of the Hungarian costume dress, (as a reminder of the roots). In the tree sits the mystical bird of Hungarian folk songs and stories. If you get to see, you get lucky for his life.

with the little girl Annipanni, Boribon the bear and her loving everyday stories I'm already grown up. Beginning of the 70 years he appeared the first book and was followed by a number. The illustrations and stories of Veronika Marek are easy to fall in love. Some also appeared in German.

In Hungary, the old children's books from the 60's to 80's so popular that many will be laid. What I think is great, even the old book format is retained.

book format many poetry books have been published.
I can now almost all by heart, Emil some already.

Every school child knows to this day the "Sounding ABC" by the famous Hungarian Lite Raren Ferenc Mora. (according to him is also the publisher named) The illustrations in the 50's has been with generations.

1974 and 1993

Finally a favorite book of Emile, from the Russian children's author and Illustrator Vladimir Sutjejew, "Funny stories . I'm really glad when I found the book again in Hungary (2008), as our old copy guards my sister.

Are not they loving the designs? After getting our wish of the Hungarian Emil Grandma only children's books and old movies Draws Rick. You know how I love these books and looking for us new releases and scoured bookshops for old originals. Am very grateful for that.

New year, new products

I look very much back on the past year. Much new, we have created, implemented many ideas. Let's see where we are going this year.
Some things will change with "Emil and the big sisters" (I will report later), others remain and are supplemented, such as the textile collection.
The pillows, bulletin boards, lamps and bags joined the near future, cloakrooms. The first three can I show you here, even if they now have different owners.

Recently I also some pockets sewn, but I'm not sure if I should continue it, after all, it should be a home collection and not fashion. What do you think?
